If kitchen is being used, it must be left clean as found. One unit = 25 oz or 750 ml bottle of liquor, 24 bottles of beer or alcoholic beverage or 2 litres of wine A flat corkage fee of $100 applies to events with wine on tables only. Regular corkage fees apply to all units for events if there is a bar and wine on the tables.
